We have recently commissioned MH Communications Limited to advise and install a new telephone system in both our Northwich and Winsford Offices.

At the time, we had twenty plus staff (and increasing), a majority of which had their own dedicated phone line, so each phone was charged a rental and calls at full rates.

MH Communications Limited advised us on our ISDN lines, types of phone systems, and Business Plans through BT.

All staff are now using voicemail, enabling caseworkers to be responsible for their own calls, which is a “big plus”.

I have no hesitation in recommending MH Communications Limited for their knowledge, expertise and speedy response to our needs.
